You can speak with anyone in the office, however, since we get all the calls on any property we’ve listed they will try to contact the listing agent first. Please be sure to give any information on the property you are interested in to the person you speak with when you call.
4.What systems do you have in place that will keep you in contact with me?
Our office is very concerned with keeping our clients informed and we use a couple method s for keeping in contact with our clients.We use a scheduling program in conjunction with our email to keep track of when to call or email clients.We also have a program that keeps track of showings so we can get feedback from the other agent and pass that feedback on to you. Also, we each have a cell phone and voice mail which is available for you to contact us with.
5.What is the average market time for a home like mine?
We would need you to give us the specifics about your property so we can research the price of properties similar to yours over the last six months in your market place.Then we can give you a good idea of the estimated time on market and sales price.

With that said, we have our own website which pulls listings from the entire Multiple Listing Service, we have a color digital sign in front of our office, we use yard signs, we make colorful brochures that are left for showings and are posted on the internet and so much more.
