My name is James Richard. I am a Master Sergeant in the United Stated Marine Corps. I am almost at 20 years of service. It is almost time to retire and for my family to settle down after moving across the country for the last 16 years.

We recently purchased a beautiful home in Jaffrey, New Hampshire. I know we would not have our dream retirement home if it weren't for the tireless efforts of Ginger Kelleher. She works out of your New Ipswich, NH office. Ginger Kelleher is by far the best realtor we have ever had the privilege to work with. She really cares about my family and our needs. I don't just pick any realtor to represent me. I want someone who is knowledgeable and will represent me to the best of their abilities. As I said I am in the Marine Corps and I am rather organized and demanding. I know I was a pain but Ginger never acted like I was. I was not going to spend a million dollars on a home but Ginger treated us like we were. I went through eight realtors until I found the right one when I bought by first home in North Carolina and another four when I sold my home. This time buying my home I home gone through four realty companies until I found Ginger.
Ginger has gone well above and beyond her fellow realtors in every way. She made buying this home for my family so much easier than I thought it was going to be. It really could have been a nightmare since I am living in Virginia, my family living in North Carolina and I wanted to by a home in New Hampshire. Being active duty in the United States Marine Corps didn't help me either.

Ginger Kelleher was an incredible agent to work with! Her knowledge and experience were beneficial to my finding a home and closing so quickly. She made a very stressful process much less painful. She was able to answer all my questions and was helpful in every area. Her communication with me was key. There was never a time I couldn't get hold of her or get a call back. She was always there to help me with all my questions and if there was something she couldn't answer for me, she found a way to get the answer. She kept the rest of the "team" (ie. Mortgage people, seller's realtor and title company) on track and in the loop. She was always a pleasure to deal with and I was happy to be able to work with her.
